Aim and Vision

Aim To generate 281 MW hydro electricity and ensure sustainable and reliable source of water for year round irrigation facilities in more than 80,000 hectres of irrigable land of Kapilvastu, Dang and Banke districts through the reservoir with the capacity of 690 million cubic meter by constructing 169 meter high dam on West Rapti river flowing along the border of Arghakhanchi and Pyuthan districts within 7 years.   Vision Prepare the foundation of a prosperous Nepal  through green energy and effective irrigation system utilizing the availlable water resources of the country.
